• I just returned from my two-day Gorilla trekking experience. It was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I was picked up at my hotel in Kigali, to the beautiful and friendly lodging, to the adventure with the gorillas in Volcanoes National Park, to returning to Kigali – all was perfect and unforgettable. Though it poured with rain on our trek, somehow being with the gorillas allowed all time and weather to just stand still. Remarkable.

  Thank you to Nicholas for always responding right away to any questions, and to Bill for calling me right after my initial email to make arrangements. A fantastic team, highly recommended!

• Nicholas was ALWAYS available to answer, and assist with, any and all of our questions and concerns! The service we received from him was excellent!

  Patrick was a great guide, very informative and easy to understand and travel with. He helped to make those long drives as enjoyable as possible and went out of his way to accommodate o ur needs.

  We had a great experience in Kibale and our guide Jessica was fun and professional. She explained things and assisted us through our journey with the chimps.

  Our adventure in Bwindi with the gorillas was also a once in a lifetime experience, but I was disappointed in the guides. Not once did they offer an assist, or helping hand, as we trekked through the mud and hilly terrain. Several times we had to call out to them, because we weren’t sure which path to follow. They were not informative or very friendly. Aside from that, this was still an awesome adventure!

• From the organization via email with Nicholas, to my wonderful guide enos…everything was perfect. The accommodation was incredible, the food amazing and the itinerary was well paces and left time for a bit of rest…but still jam packed with activities. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. A great team…I wouldn’t hesitate to go with them again.
